Ben Lampton is a rising senior studying Applied Geography and Meteorology at the University of Louisville. Under the mentorship of UofL’s Dr. Scott Gunter, Lampton has utilized his knowledge of coding and meteorology to identify convective and non-convective wind gusts from Kentucky Mesonet data.
